ASTRAL-Loose Incense Blend
Materials Needed:

Loose incense botanical blend

Charcoal disc
-
Fireproof container (such as a ceramic or metal bowl)

Tongs

Lighter or matches
-
Sand or ash (optional, for insulation)

Metal spoon (optional, for adding incense to disc) you can also pinch and sprinkle the incense onto the charcoal disc being careful not to make contact with your skin as the charcoal disc is very hot.
Steps:

Prepare Your Setup: Place a layer of sand or ash in your fireproof container to help insulate and distribute heat.

Light the Charcoal: Using tongs, hold the charcoal disc and light one edge with a match or lighter. It will begin to spark and gradually heat up.

Place in Container: Set it in the fireproof container.

Add Your Incense Blend: Once the charcoal is evenly glowing and covered in a light layer of ash, sprinkle a small amount of your botanical blend onto the heated charcoal. It will release its aromatic smoke as it burns.
