📦 Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed quickly—usually within 1–2 business days. We ship via trusted carriers with tracking included. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Please note: While we ship promptly, delivery timeframes—especially via USPS—may vary due to ongoing service delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your package makes its way to you.
At this time, we offer physical product shipping within the United States only. Our digital products are available both locally and internationally and are delivered instantly upon purchase. We may expand physical product shipping to international customers in the future as our fulfillment options grow.
🔄 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your items begin preparation and cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t entered processing.

💫 Returns & Damaged Items
Due to the nature of our ritual, art, and personal care items, returns are not accepted, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If your item arrives damaged, please use the contact form to upload photos and describe the issue. We’ll respond promptly and make it right. Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We reserve the right to offer alternative resolutions based on the nature of the issue and the product involved. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged physical items within 7 days. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items only. If available, exchanges for the same item may be offered. Digital items are non-refundable.

All artwork offered is original and created by the artist, who retains full copyright and licensing rights. Usage permissions vary by product—please read the license information provided on each digital download page to understand what is allowed. By purchasing, you agree to honor these terms.
All works are protected under U.S. Copyright Law, specifically 17 U.S. Code § 102, which grants exclusive rights to the creator upon fixation in a tangible medium. This includes original photography, digital artwork, mixed media, and canvas-based works offered through this site.
